A spoonful of this tart and zesty relish is so tasty alongside Christmas turkey and ham. You can make it up to one week ahead.
Put the cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
Remove from the heat, add the Grand Marnier and stir through.
Transfer half the mix to a food processor and grind coarsely. Mix

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, port or brandy (optional)
