SALMON CROSTINI WITH DRUNKEN NANNY LEMONY LUSH

This is a great nibble or sharing plate for a special occasion for when you have friends over. Quick and simple, and easy to impress! Prepare the baguette style crostini beforehand so they’re ready to just add the topping when you’re about to serve.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 12

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180

Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and them trim the crust off on the top and bottom, lengthwise.

Mix the crushed garlic with the olive oil. Brush the olive oil over the baguette.

Season with salt and pepper

Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.

Cool.

Just before serving. Spread goats cheese over the crostini. Top with slices of the salmon. Scatter with the salmon roe and sprinkle with baby basil leaves.

Season with cracked pepper and slice into fingers before serving.

Ingredients

2 Bread & Butter Baguettes (or other baguette)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 pack of Drunken Nanny Lemony Lush goats cheese

1 packet Superior Salmon Wakame cold smoked

1-2 tsp salmon roe

Baby Basil ot garnish
